Interested in deepening your yoga practice?

Then our Beginners Six Week Mindfulness Course is PERFECT FOR YOU!

Now don't worry! You DON'T need yoga expereience to begin practicing mindfulness. You don't need to be able to clear your mind & you don't even need to be able to sit on the floor. We have chairs :-)

We teach each class in a friendly, structured way to ensure that you feel supported and guided throughout the practice.

We begin each class with a short discourse, followed by some gentle, mindful movement. This movement is followed by a short pranayama (breathing exercise) and a final guided mindfulness practice.
