Slow down and take time to really enjoy your yoga practice. Breath, move, stretch and open your body with a range of traditional yoga postures, flowing sequences and guided relaxation. Great if you want a balanced vinyasa flow yoga practice without placing too much stress on your body. Suitable for everyone including new yogis and pregnant goddesses.

This is an open level yoga class, which is flowing, dynamic and at times energetic. This class incorporates traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques, strength building, stretching and relaxation. Great for people who are looking to increase their fitness, strength and flexibility in a supportive, fun environment. This class can be adapted for all fitness levels.

Join Angelique as she anoints you with gorgeous doTERRA essential oils and guides you through a deeply relaxing pranayama (breathing technique) and meditation session. The practice is designed to allow you to unplug and to restore a sense of connection between mind, body & spirit. Allow all your cares and concerns to gently melt away as your awareness softens into that place of sacred, silent stillness.

There are so many life changing benefits to mindfulness meditation. In this class you first move the body with a slow flow yoga practice followed by a deep yoga nidra guided relaxation. You then finish the class with a 15 minute mindfulness meditation practice. Suitable for everyone and great for centring the mind and dissolving stress.

This class is held in a slower pace and focusses on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. It is suited to anyone who is either new to yoga or who wants a nice workout for body and mind without pushing it too far. We focus on foundational yoga postures and conclude with a well deserved deep relaxation and short meditation.
