Then our Beginners Six Week Yoga Course is PERFECT FOR YOU!
Now don't worry! You don't need to be fit or flexible to start yoga. You don't need fancy clothes and you don't even need a yoga mat, you can use ours :-)
We teach each class in a friendly, structured way to ensure that you feel confident within the poses. We use props like blankets, blocks and straps, as well as optional hands on adjustments to tailor the yoga poses to YOUR body.
The course is is vinyasa (slow flow) based and explores
